If we request a copy of your Drivers License or most recent Credit Card statement (Top half only, please omit transactions) this is to verify the "orderer" that he/she is the in-fact "cardholder". This procedure greatly reduces fraud and helps keep our prices down! This procedure is only required when address cannot be verified thru our processing center or address comes back as "not correct home and/or zip code" Never any handling charges, and if a extra charge is required (for cold packs example) it is built into the price, so there NEVER are added charges! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will ship internationally, we assume no responsibility for packages once it leaves USA domain. All international are shipped FOB, Columbus, Ohio. This means that all customers outside pay for shipping from Ohio. All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns from outside the USA. There is a $7.50 surcharge on all international orders.
